Saturday Food For Mishka

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, scrambled w/garlic, onion, bellpepper, cilantro and 1 slice of provolone
3/4 cup of red seedless grapes
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

1 cup of homemade leftover mac and cheese w/ham
2 cups of coffee w/creamer

Snack

4 tbs of yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
