Friday's Food For Mishka

Breakfast

3/4 cup of steamed jasmine rice w/almond milk, raisins, pecans, butter and 1 tsp raw sugar
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

1/2 cup of massuman curry w/chicken
1/2 cup of steamed jasmine rice
Lemon water
1 cup of ginger breakfast black tea w/ 1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Dinner

1 1/2 cup of left over beef stir-fried w/ginger, garlic, cabbage, onion and green beans
2 clementines

Snack

1 cup of organic hot chocolate
1/4 cup of drived fruit, nuts and yogurt chips
4 oz of kefir
