3/4 cup of red seedless grapes
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lunch
1/2 cup of tuna fish salad
1 cup of double chai tea w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Snack
Protein drink w/almond milk, spinach, frozen strawberries, fresh pineapple and ginger
Dinner (at bunco)
1/2 cup of massuman curry w/chicken
1/2 cup of steamed jasmine rice
Small piece of chicken alfredo lasagna
Snack
3 buckeyes
1 cup of hot chocolate
