Lunch
1/2 cup of steamed jasmine rice
3/4 cup of left over Kaeng Khua Saparot Gai (Thai Pineapple Curry w/Chicken)
Lemon water
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Snack
1/4 cup of honey roasted sliced almonds
1 cup of peppermint hot chocolate w/almond milk
Dinner
Protein drink w/spinach, almond milk, pineapple and ginger
Steamed brocolli
Snack
6 oz of kefir
