Eating On Wednesday

Breakfast

3/4 cup of steamed jasmine rice w/1 tsp of butter, 1 tsp of raw sugar, box of raisins, and serving of crushed raw pecans
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

Steamed filet of tilapia w/2 tbs of salsa with 1 tbs of mayo
Steamed brussel sprouts
Lemon water
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Snack

Can of Coke
Handful of potato chips

Dinner

Chili dog w/onions, mustard and cheddar
Water

Snack

Spice cake w/cream cheese dressing
6 oz of 2% milk
4 oz of kefir
5 cherry tomatoes
