Tuesday Eats

Breakfast

Fuji apple w/almond butter
Clementine
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water and vitamins

Lunch

Kai Jeow (Thai omelet) w/green onions and Rooster sauce
1/2 cup of steamed jasmine rice
Lemon water
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Dinner (late)

Romaine lettuce and spinach w/artichoke hearts, sunflower seeds, tomato and bleu cheese dressing
Water
