Breakfast

1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

Khao Pad Gai
Water
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Dinner

Tuna salad w/whole wheat crackers and 2 slices of provolone
Water
1 bottle of hard cider
