Mishka's Friday Food

Breakfast

3 eggwhites, 1 egg yolk, scrambled w/onion, garlic, cherry tomato
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/ 1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
6 oz of white grape juice

Lunch

4 pork gyozas with green peas (steamed)
1 tbs of almond butter
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/ 1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk

Snack

Romaine lettuce w/tomato, honey roasted sliced almonds, artichoke hearts, ginger soy dressing

Dinner

Baked cod w/panko, garlic, sundried tomatoes, and parmesan
Steamed corn

Snack

Plain yogurt w/ dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
