Monday Food for Mishka

Breakfast

1 Everything Bagelthin w/butter
Scrambled egg whites with onion and garlic
Iced coffee w/almond milk
2 16oz of water
Vitamins

Lunch

10 multigrain water crackers
2 tbs of neufchatel cheese
1 slice of pepper jack cheese
1 can of smoked oysters
16 oz iced tea

Snack

16 oz glass of iced tea

Dinner

Whey protein shake w/almond milk and banana
Edamame
