Chicken is back on Weight Watchers

I gained all of the weight that I lost on Weight Watchers plus some. I realized that I need to get back on track and really try to change my lifestyle for the long term.

I won't be tracking my points on this blog because Weight Watchers has improved their website and points tracking is easier on their site. Plus the have a mobile app!

I will check in periodically with updates on weigh-ins and progress.

Sprite's Monday

Well, I lied. The rest of the week was a total wash. Oh well, back on track today.

*I have been craving these ever since the Easter candy came out, but haven't wanted to buy a big bag. I found a small carton of them today and divided them up into 4 3-point servings, which I will each one a day for the next four days. I decided this would be better than losing control and eating half a bag. Eaten slowly and savored, the small handful was completely satisfying!

Sprite's week

I'm afraid I've gone completely off track this week. Tuesday night, I went out with some friends and had a big, very strong drink and then had to eat quite a few appetizers so I could sober up enough to go home. (But the marionberry mojito was pretty darn good!)

Wednesday and Thursday I was at a conference and had no say in what I could eat, so I know I used too many points. Losing 10 points a week really sucks.

Today I am completely stressed out and having a really, really hard time but I'm going to try to get back on track.

Sprite's Tuesday

The good news is that I lost two pounds last week. The bad news is that I lost 2 points a day again. I'm trying not to feel totally deprived with inconsistent results!!

Sprite's Tuesday

I weighed this morning and even with eating badly last week, I managed to lose half a pound. I was very relieved I hadn't undone everything I had lost. I'm up to 5 pounds total loss this time around on WW.

William said that I looked like I lost more weight so I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3 pounds. Yippee!!

Well I dropped only a pound this week. I have a feeling it has to do with all of the food I ate this weekend. So I'm going to be more strict and I'm hitting the track after work. My back feels much better.

Chicken's Weigh In

I went to the Doctor exactly a week ago yesterday and stepped on the scale. It was very disappointing because I have gained a lot of my weight back. Not all of it but enough. So I really got serious about what I was eating and I continued with my exercise.

It all paid off because I went to the Doctor yesterday and I have lost 5 pounds. Yippee!! I still have a long way to go. I plan to stay on track and I hope that I have enough of a loss to improve my running dramatically.

Chicken's Weigh In

I haven't weighed in for a while because I haven't really lost anything lately. I felt like I dropped some pounds so I weighed in this morning. I lost another 2 pounds. The grand total is 43.7 pounds lost.

Chicken- Bad about logging but good weigh in

I've been horrible about logging my food lately. Work has been hectic and when I get home the last thing I want to look at is a computer. Good news though.....I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks but I've lost 4.2 pounds since the last time I posted. Actually 2 pounds this last week. So my grand total is 39.7 pounds.

Weigh In Again

I lost 1.5 pounds since yesterday. I usually don't weigh in everyday but I felt like I had lost something so I stepped on the scale. So that makes the total 36.7.

Weight Watchers

I haven't been going to the meetings on a consistent basis so I decided to switch to eTools only. I’ve lost plenty of weight without going to the meetings and I’ll be saving money this way. If it seems like I’m slipping I can always switch again.

Chicken's Weigh In

Well my weigh in went better than expected. I haven't weighed in intwo weeks but I lost a total of 5.2 pounds in those two weeks bringing the grand total to 32.6 pounds lost!

Chicken's Weigh In

I lost 3.2 pounds over the last two weeks bringing my grand total to 27.4 pounds lost. The leader said I was to get a 25 pound magnet but she forgot to give it to me. I asked her for it at the end of the meeting.

I have been thinking about switching to online and weighing myself. I feel like an outsider at the meetings. I guess I'll go to a few more before I make my decision.

I'm down .8 which is better than up. Of course exercise would help me lose more and I think I should reduce the carbs at night. Only .8 until I have lost 25 pounds.

Nonscale Victory

I have had two people tell me that I have lost a lot of weight today. I've have been at a plateau for a couple of weeks so this feels pretty good. I weigh in tonight and hope it comes across on the scale too.

Well it wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. I gained .2 pounds this time. I know part of that is because I haven't been going to the gym. So I got to get motivated and lose some weight.
