- 1 fuji apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)
- 1 quesadilla w/partskim mozzarella and onion
- salsa
- 2 glasses of water
Dinner
- 1 chicken breast (cooked in herb marinate and water)
- 2 servings of brussels spouts steamed with margarine and lite sourcream
- 1 glass of OJ/cranberry w/vodka
Snack
- 1 mini pack of Skittles
- 2 Sweettart rolls
- 1 glass of water
