Saturday Eats

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of HoneyNut Cheerios w/1% milk
  • 1 large coffee w/milk and sugar
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 turkey and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread (mayo, mustard, red onion)
  • 1 serving of tortilla chips
  • 1 serving of salsa w/lite sourcream
  • 1 glass of water

Dinner

  • 2 slices of Tombstone frozen pizza (combo)
  • 2 servings of salad w/Newman's lite honey mustard dressing (lettuce, cucumber, spinach, cabbage, carrot, tomato, sunflower seed)
  • 2 glasses of water

Snack

  • 1 serving of hot cocoa w/lite Cool Whip on top
