Eating on Friday

Breakfast

  • 1 serving of oatmeal (140 calories)
  • 1 hot tea w/milk and sugar (46 calories)
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 Powerbar (240 calories)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 turkey and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread (360 calories)
  • 1 serving of tortilla chips (138 calories)
  • 2 glasses of slightly sweetened iced tea (100 calories)

Dinner

  • 3 meat tamales (210 calories)
  • 1 1/2 servings of pintos w/jalapeƱos (200 calories)
  • 1 serving of tortilla chips (138 calories)
  • 2 glasses of water

Total calories consumed = 1572 - (modifying this a bit because I think 1700 calories is too high for the yard work) 1200=372 calories for the day....way below the BMR...yeah!!!!
