Breakfast

Dinner

  • 1 serving of medium cheddar cheese (114 calories)
  • 1 Fuji apple (72 calories)
  • 2 glasses of water

Total calories = 1507 - 80 calories in walking = 1427....so right about what it cost me to live today....not much burn going on there....oh well.
