Thursday Exercise

Jumping Jacks 5 minutes (46 calories)
Walking 4.0 mph 40 minutes (230 calories)
Lunges 3 sets of 10 each leg (34 calories)

Total workout = 310 calories

Not great but better than just doing nothing...need to get more going workout wise..wish it wasn't so damn cold outside.
