Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

2 slices of multigrain toast w/margarine
1/2 glass of iced coffee
Water

Exercise

Cleaning house for 2 hours for a burn of about 480 calories

Lunch

Tortilla chips with skim mozarella cheese and onions
Left over potatoes and eggs with a few pieces of brocolli on top (cleaning out the fridge, hee hee)
Diet Coke
Water

Dinner

Steamed Japanese white rice
Japanese curry w/mushrooms
1 breaded chicken patty
Orange juice and rum drink
Water
