Sprite's Tuesday

Today was the first weigh-in and I lost three pounds! Woo hoo!

bagel w/peanut butter - 3 points
hot chocolate - 2 points

leftover hash - 4 points
WW chocolate cake snack - 1 point

popcorn - 1 point

2 homemade tacos w/ground turkey breast & refried beans - 6 points
1 cup carrots - 0 points

skinny cow - 2 points

activity
20 minutes interval riding on exercise bike (that goes MUCH faster when I'm watching Family Guy!)
