Mishka's Monday

Back at it seriously today...running out of time and need to see some results to stay motivated...watching the food and exercising...hope to get even more exercise in tomorrow when my schedule is not as hectic.

Exercise

35 minutes walking 2.2 miles

Breakfast

1 onion bagel w/lite cc
1 banana
1 lg coffee w/sugar and nonfat milk

Lunch

1 cup of fruit
1 cup of veggies
1 meatball
1 scoop of quiche
2 small cups of coffee w/sugar and half/half

Dinner

1 protein drink w/banana
1 lg salad (lettuce, spinach, nonfat feta, onion, bellpepper, carrots, sunflower seeds)
1 serving of sesame seed dressing
