Okay, so this week has not started out as I wanted...but I did borrow a new DVD (that I have already ordered) to try as a workout, and I will be logging my food tomorrow for sure....I hope this DVD kicks my butt but not so much that I can't move and therefore don't continue to do it...haha.
I'll talk more about the workout after I decide if I like it and especially if I start seeing results...
Not giving up...just need to refocus!!!
