Multivitamin, glucosamine, and calcium supplements
Lunch
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
4 oz of steamed mahi-mahi, with salsa
1/2 can of rinsed asparagus
Green tea
Blueberries (1 of my fruits)
Exercise
26 mins running 1.9 hilly miles
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
1 scoop of protein powder
8 oz of strawberry flavor kefir (1 of my probiotics)
Spring greens and romaine lettuce with carrots, tomato, cucumber, mushroom and sunflower seeds
1 tbs of Soy Joy sesame dressing (1 of my fats)
