Day 12 Cycle 2 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Monday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, with 1 tsp oil, garlic, onion, bellpepper, black beans and pepper (1 of my fats, 1 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Blueberries (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Multivitamin, glucosamine, zinc, and calcium supplements

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

Salmon and avocado sushi with brown rice (1 of my oils, 1 of my fruits, 1 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Green tea

Exercise

26 mins of running 2 hilly miles
20 mins of sweeping leaves
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

4 oz of lean steak, cooked in water with garlic, and low sodium Grillmates
Spring greens with carrots, cherry tomatoes, and sunflower seeds
Yogurt w/ unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
