Day 13 Cycle 2 of the 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with 1 tsp oil, pico de gallo, garlic, pepper and salsa (1 of my fats)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Multivitamin, glucosamine, and calcium supplements

Lunch

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
4 oz of steamed tilapia
Brussel sprouts
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)

Exercise

40 mins of walking

Dinner

4 oz of chicken, cooked in water with garlic, pepper, sesame, and lemon juice
Steamed green beans
Yogurt w/dry roasted, unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
1 40 calorie fudgsicle (big cheat)

Weight

On Wii at 9:10am, empty stomach, empty bladder with long sleeves, and long yoga pants (-3 lbs) 150.3 lbs for a loss of .7 lbs and a total of 10.4 lbs overall. I was pretty excited to have a loss this morning considering that Aunt Flo should be showing up tomorrow and I should be 5 lbs over...I am excited to see if next week is another big drop!!
