3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with 1 tbs olive oil, bellpepper, onion, garlic and salsa (1 of my fats)
1 serving of red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, and nonfat milk)
32 oz of water (4 of my waters)
Multivitamin, glucosamine, zinc and calcium supplements
Exercise
43 mins of circuit training stretching for 5 mins at end
Lunch
Large bowl of left over chicken soup from yesterday (chicken breast, organic low sodium, lowfat broth, assorted veggies)
Yogurt w/dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Dinner
8 oz of Laab Gai (very lean chicken)
1/4 head of green cabbage
2 shots of vodka (cheat)
32 oz of tonic water (4 of my waters)
Snack
1 Fudgsicle (40 calories but still a cheat since it is a sugar...)
