1 scoop of whey protein powder
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Multivitamin, glucosamine, and calcium supplements
Exercise
41 mins of walking 2.45 miles on trail
Lunch
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
3 small plums (1 of my fruits)
3 egg whites, with pico de gallo, garlic, pepper and 1 tsp of olive oil (1 of my fats)
1/2 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar and nonfat milk)
Dinner
16 oz of water (2 of waters)
5 cherry tomato
5 baby carrots
Steamed broccoli
Steamed tilapia with pepper, lemon juice, and garlic
Snack
Yogurt w/unsalted, dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
