Day 3 Cycle 2 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Saturday

Breakfast

1/2 cup of Cream of Wheat (1 of my starches)
1 serving of blueberries (1 of my fruits)
3 egg whites with 1 tsp oil, onion, garlic, bellpepper, salsa and pepper
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 serving of lean beef cooked in water, with low sodium Grillmates and garlic
1 small Yukon potato baked (1 of my starches)
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)

Exercise

45 mins of running 3.42 hilly miles

Dinner

7 baby carrots A ton of steamed brussel sprouts
1 serving of lean beef cooked in water, with low sodium Grillmates and garlic
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Snack

Yogurt with unsalted, dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
