Day 3 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, scrambled with 1 tsp olive oil, pepper, garlic, pico de gallo and 1 tbs of shredded parm/skim mozzarella mix (1 of my fats, 1 of my dairys)
Red seedless grapes
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

8 oz of strawberry kefir (1 of my probiotics, 1 of my fruits)
1 scoop of protein powder
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Green tea

Exercise

42 mins running hilly 3.25 miles
15 of calesthetics

Dinner

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
6 oz of cod steamed with lemon pepper and garlic
Brussel sprouts
Yogurt with dryroasted, unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
