Day 4 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Wednesday

Breakfast

1/2 cup of quinoa with onion, garlic and bellpepper (1 of my starches)
2 egg whites scrambled with 1 tsp olive oil (1 of my fats)
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Multivitamin, glucosamine, calcium supplements

Lunch

6 oz of steamed salmon
1/2 quinoa with onion, garlic and bellpepper (1 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Green tea

Exercise

38 mins walking 2.16 miles on track with 5lb hand weights doing bicep curls
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

4 oz of chicken breast cooked in water, garlic, pepper, sesame seed, and lemon juice
Spring greens, romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrots and onion
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
