Day 5 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Thursday

Breakfast

3 egg whites 1 egg yolk, scrambled with 1 tsp of olive oil, pico de gallo, Tabasco, pepper, and garlic (1 of my fats)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Multivitamin, calcium, glucosamine and zinc supplements

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

Tuna and avocado brown rice sushi (1 of my starches, 1 of my fats, 1 of my fruits)
Green tea
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

3 oz of chicken breast cooked in water
Lowfat, organic low sodium chicken broth with zucchini, green beans, corn, carrots, cilantro, and garlic
1 serving of Pretzel Thins (1 of my starches)
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)

Weight

On Wii at 9:10am, empty stomach, empty bladder with long sleeves, and long yoga pants (-3 lbs) 147.3 lbs for a loss of 2.4 lbs and a total of 13.4 lbs overall. This just motivates me even more!!!
