Day 6 Cycle 2 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, with 1 tsp oil, pico de gallo, garlic, pepper and salsa (1 of my fats)
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk
Multivitamin, glucosamine, and calcium supplements

Exercise

38 mins walking 2.15 hilly miles
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

3 small clementine oranges (1 of my fruits)
4 oz of tilapia, steamed with lemon pepper
Steamed brussel sprouts
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

Chicken breast cooked in water and spices
Spring greens with tomato, mushroom, greenpepper, cucumber, and carrots
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Weight

On Wii at 11:10am, empty stomach, empty bladder with long sleeves, and long yoga pants (-3lbs) 151.0 lbs for a loss of 1.1 lbs on this Cycle and a total of 9.7 lbs overall.
