Multivitamin, glucosamine, and calcium supplements
Exercise
40 mins walking 2.18 miles on track with sis

Lunch
8 oz of strawberry kefir (1 of my probiotics)
1 scoop of protein powder
1 cup of organic vegetable soup
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
Chicken breast cooked in water, garlic, salt free seasoning, pepper and sesame seeds
Zucchini steamed
Yogurt with dry roasted unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
2 shots of vodka (cheat)
16 oz of diet tonic water
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
