Exercise
40 mins of circuit training
Lunch
Tuna/Avocado brown rice sushi (1 of my starches, 1 of my fats, 1 of my fruits)
Squid and veggies
Diet coke
32 oz of water (4 of my waters)
Dinner
Roast chicken
Zucchini
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted, dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
