Day 9 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Monday

Breakfast

1/2 cup of cream of wheat with nonfat milk (1 of my starches)
Blueberries (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training

Lunch

Tuna/Avocado brown rice sushi (1 of my starches, 1 of my fats, 1 of my fruits)
Squid and veggies
Diet coke
32 oz of water (4 of my waters)

Dinner

Roast chicken
Zucchini
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted, dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
