Day 10 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Wednesday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with 1 tsp olive oil, bellpepper, onion, garlic, pepper and salsa (1 of my fats)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Tiny amount of red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
Multivitamin, calcium and glucosamine supplements

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

6 oz of steamed salmon
10 steamed brussel sprouts
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)
Green tea
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Tom Yum Goong w/tomato, mushroom, cilantro, and steamed cod
Yogurt w/dry roasted, unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
