1 scoop of protein powder
1 Boca veggie patty
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of English Breakfast tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
8 baby carrots
2 tbs of jalapeño hummus
Exercise
42 mins running 3.25 hilly miles

Dinner
8 oz of chicken breast
1/4 head of cabbage
1/4 of cucumber
1 shot of vodka
Yogurt w/dry roasted, unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
