Day 13 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Sunday

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk with 1 tsp of olive oil, salsa, garlic and pepper (1 of my fats)
1/2 cup of berries (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Mulitvitamin, glucosamine, and calcium supplements

Lunch

32 oz of water (4 of my waters)
6 oz of salmon, steamed
10 brussel sprouts, steamed
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)
Green tea

Exercise

42.5 mins running 3.25 hilly miles
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

Lean steak cooked in water and spices
Spring mix/Romaine lettuce with carrots, mushrooms, cucumber, and tomato
Yogurt w/unsalted dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
