Day 14 Cycle 3 of 17 Day Diet and Mishka's Monday

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in 1 tsp of oil (1 of my fats)
Bagel thin (1 of my starches)
Organic berries (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Lunch

Steamed mahi-mahi
Steamed broccoli
1 tbs of mayo with salsa (1 of my fats)
Green tea
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Exercise

40 mins of circuit training
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

Lean steak cooked in water and spices
2 pieces of zucchini, steamed
Yogurt w/unsalted dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Snack

Low sugar hot chocolate
