Exercise
40 mins of circuit training
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
Lean steak cooked in water and spices
2 pieces of zucchini, steamed
Yogurt w/unsalted dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Snack
Low sugar hot chocolate
