Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Multivitamin, calcium and glucosamine supplements
Lunch
4 oz of steamed cod
1 tbs low fat sourcream, 2 tbs of salsa
11 brussel sprouts
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Exercise
20 mins of cardio on recumbant bike
45 mins lifting weights, chests, tris, and abs
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
4 oz of chicken breast cooked in water, garlic, sesame seed, and pepper
Spring greens/romaine lettuce, tomato, carrot, and cucumber
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
1 cup of low sugar hot cocoa
