Edamame
Green tea
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
Baby carrots
1/4 cup of jalepeño (1 of my starches)
Balance bar
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
1 cup of low sugar cocoa
