Mishka's Saturday

Breakfast

8 oz of nonfat milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1 banana (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Vitamins

Exercise

Walking 2.45 miles in 40 mins

Lunch

4 jalepeño and garlic stuffed green olives
1 cup of English Breakfast tea (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
10 baby carrots
1/4 cup of jalepeño hummus

Dinner

Tin of oysters
2 tbs of lowfat cream cheese
10 water crackers
16 oz of water w/Vit C (2 of my waters)
1 cup of organic hot cocoa
Yogurt w/unsalted dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
