Sunday for Mishka

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, with 1 tsp oil, garlic, salsa, onion, and cilantro (1 of my fats)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Lunch

1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
6 oz steamed salmon
10 steamed brussel sprouts
2 small tangerines (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Dinner

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
5 water crackers
1 serving of lowfat cheddar cheese (1 of my fats)
6 baby carrots
2 tbs of jalepeño hummus
1 Luna protein bar

Snack

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt cup w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
