2 small tangerines (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of Earl Grey tea (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Exercise

60 pushups

Dinner
Chicken soup with veggies and low sodium organic broth
2 trail mix bars
