Vitamins
Lunch
16 oz of water with 1000 mg of Vit C (2 of my waters)
1 can of Diet Coke
1 Whole Bowl w/brown rice, beans, cheese, cilantro, olives, sour cream, and sauce (1 of my starches)
16 oz of water w/Hydroxycut packet (2 of my waters)
Dinner
Chicken soup with veggies and low sodium organic broth
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
