14 steamed brussel sprouts
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 small avocado (1 of my fats, 1 of my fruits)
12 oz of Diet Coke
Dinner
1/2 chicken breast cooked in water, garlic, pepper, sesame seed, and lemon juice
Spring greens with carrots, tomato, red bellpepper, cucumber, cilantro, and mushrooms
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted, dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
