Thursday for Mishka

Breakfast

2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, w/1 tsp of oil, cilantro, salsa, onion (1 of my fats)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of coffee (cheat: 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)

Lunch

6 oz of steamed salmon
14 steamed brussel sprouts
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 small avocado (1 of my fats, 1 of my fruits)
12 oz of Diet Coke

Dinner

1/2 chicken breast cooked in water, garlic, pepper, sesame seed, and lemon juice
Spring greens with carrots, tomato, red bellpepper, cucumber, cilantro, and mushrooms
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted, dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)

Exercise

100 situps
60 pushups
