1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp of sugar, nonfat milk)
Lunch
Medium bowl homemade chili with 1 tbs lowfat sour cream, 1 tbs of lowfat cheddar
1 slice of homemade cornbread (1 of my starches)
12 oz of Hefeweizen (1 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
Medium bowl of homemade chili with 1 tbs of lowfat sour cream
7 tortilla chips (1 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
2 tbs of peanuts
