Mishka's Monday (Day 9)

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk cooked in 1 tbs oil, onion, green bellpepper, garlic and pepper (1 of my fats)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
1 10 inch flour tortilla (1 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Lunch

16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Light Cuisine microwave entree (1 of my starches)
2 small tangerines (1 of my fruits)

Dinner

Steamed edamame
Steamed tilapia with 1/2 tsp of mayo, 2 tbs of salsa
32 oz of water (4 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted, dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
