Mishka's Sunday (Day 8)

Breakfast

2 packets of instant oatmeal (2 of my starches)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Vitamins
1 box of raisins (1 of my fruits)

Lunch

6 oz of steamed salmon
Spring greens with tomato, cucumber, mushroom, and green onion
1 tbs of nonfat feta cheese
1 tbs of Soy Vay sesame dressing (1 of my fats)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Dinner

Light Cruisine microwave entree
Sauteed bean sprouts in 1 tbs sesame oil, garlic, and oyster sauce (1 of my fats)
8 oz of milk w/ 1 serving of whey protein powder
