Mishka's Wednesday (Day 11)

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk w/ 1 tsp of oil, onion, bellpepper, garlic, cilantro, and pico de gallo (1 of my fats)
1 10 inch flour tortilla (1 of my starches)
Red seedless grapes (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Vitamins

Lunch

1 cup of Tom Kha Gai soup
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of Earl Grey tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Exercise

1.9 hilly miles in 27 mins
20 mins of situps and pushups and pelvic lifts

Dinner

1 cup of Tom Kha Gai soup
1/2 cup of steamed green peas
Spring greens with carrots, nonfat feta cheese, cherry tomato
1 tbs of Soy Vay sesame dressing (1 of my fats)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Yogurt w/unsalted dry roasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
