1 1/2 cups of coffee (cheat, 2 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)
Vitamins
3/4 cup of chunked pineapple (1 of my fruits)
Lunch
6 oz of steamed salmon
8 steamed brussel sprouts
1 Fuji apple (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Dinner
Spring greens w/tomato, cucumber, mushroom, and nonfat feta cheese
1 serving of Newman's balsamic vinagrette (1 of my fats)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 glass of cranberry raspberry juice
1 serving of vodka
1 yogurt w/dry roasted unsalted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
