Mishka's Wednesday (Day 4)

Breakfast

2 packets of instant oatmeal (2 of my starches)
1 banana (1 of my fruits)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
1 cup of coffee (cheat, 1 tsp of organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Lunch

4 oz of steamed tilapia
1 tsp of mayo mixed with 2 tbs of salsa (1 of my fats)
3/4 cup of steamed green peas
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
2 small tangerines (1 of my fruits)
1 cup of chai tea (cheat, 1 tsp organic sugar, nonfat milk)

Dinner

Seasoned lean steak cooked in water, sliced
Spring greens with carrots, cucumber, tomato and 1 tsp of ranch dressing (1 of my fats)
16 oz of water (2 of my waters)
Cliffbar (bad cheat)
Yogurt w/unsalted dryroasted peanuts (1 of my probiotics)
