Day 3 (yesterday was bunco and a complete wash)
Breakfast
Protein powder w/nonfat milk, strawberries
16 oz of water
1 cup of coffee, 1 tsp of raw sugar, nonfat half and half
Vitamins
Lunch
Albacore tuna salad
7 water crackers
1 Fuji apple
1 tbs of almond butter
Green tea
Dinner
Chicken on greens (50/50 mix)
Cucumbers, carrots, onion, mushrooms, tomato
Yogurt w/blueberries, dry roasted unsalted peanuts
16 oz of water
