3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, scrambled with garlic, onion, bell pepper, and salsa
1 serving of red seedless grapes
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar, nonfat half and half
Lunch
1 avocado
1 serving of albacore tuna salad
1 Fuji apple
Green tea
16 oz of water
Dinner
1 serving of chicken breast cooked in sesame seed oil and garlic
Large bowl of greens (50/50 Spring Mix)
Cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, and carrots
1 tbs of blue cheese dressing
1 serving of yogurt w/blueberries and unsalted, dryroasted peanuts
